All you have to do is pour one cup in the bath. Red wine has polyphenols which soften the skin and are known for treating dull skin cells. Just make sure to rinse well when you’re done.

It also helps in bringing down the skin’s pH and strengthens its natural barrier. This is good for protecting against wrinkles, soothing eczema, fighting bacteria.
